Yusuf Guest House

Hello dear friends who travel in Central Asia. If you are interested in history and culture of Uzbekistan, Fergana is the best place to be!

Fergana city is a quiet pleasant city of 2 millions inhabitants, located in the Fergana Valley, halfway between Kokand and Andijan, and just 15km away from Margilan. To come here from Tashkent you can take shared taxi beside the main train station, or minibus (Damas) at the kuyluk Bazar, 20km away from the city center (you can take minibus 20 from Chorsu Hotel to come there).

My name is Yusuf, and I've been a german teacher for 10 years. I met many travellers from Europe and other places and I like to share about our lifes, cultures. I have an empty flat in the center of the town, and as there is very few cheap acomodation place I decided to open it to tourists. We have one kitchen you can use to make your cooking, with a fridge. There are two rooms available and a bathroom with european toilets. 50 meters from the flat there is an internet cafe, you can also find nearby markets and restaurants, and a swimming pool.

For people who want to know more about uzbek family, and culture, I can host them in my house with my family. 10 minutes away from the center with minibus number 12 that you can take at the minibus station, next to the bazaar (only 200 sum, for the trip, around 0.15$).

I can show you the city and the places around, such as Kokand and its Palace, Margilan and the original silk factory, or the Ceramic making in Rishtan.

We rent the rooms 6 dollars per night and person. If you travel with other people you can have the whole appartment for yourselve.

You can contact me by email before to come (yusuffer@mail.ru), or call me when you are here : (+998) 373 2349188. Mail is better!

The appartment address is Alisher Navoi Street, Fergana city.
and my house is located on Kashkar-Kishlak street, number 91.
